Listening to your Heart Song
Among other things, Spirit Drumming is about celebrating and acknowledging all aspects of ourselves, it's about about listening to our heart song and the heart song of Mother Earth.  It's about harmonizing our energies with the powerful energies of the seasons and the elements, exploring where we are in relation to the cycles of Nature and the movement of the Sun, Moon and Stars. It's about  establishing a deeper connection with ourselves, each other and all of life. It's about honouring the Ancestors and all those who came before us. All those who sacrificed so that we can joyfully, freely and safely express who we are. .

Awakening the Sacred

"I recently heard the word “Spirituality” defined as “A Search for the Sacred.” So to me “Awakening the Sacred” could also be “Awakening our Spirituality” or “Awakening our most Divine expression.” Who are we when we are at our best?
