A Threshold Session is a 90-minute one-to-one space to pause, listen deeply, and explore what is unfolding in your life.
These sessions are often sought during times of transition, grief, uncertainty, or when something within you is quietly asking to be understood.
Our time together may include deep conversation, intuitive guidance, reflection, and gentle embodied awareness practices as we explore what this threshold in your life may be asking of you.
This session is also an opportunity for us to meet and discover how we might work together going forward.
Sessions are held online via Zoom.
