The Path That Formed Me

This path did not begin with training. It began with remembering. A quiet, persistent knowing that the world is alive, and that I am in relationship with it.

The Land was my first teacher. The wind that moved through the trees. The stillness that lived inside stone. The way water carries memory, never forcing, never stopping, always finding its way. Long before I understood ceremony, I understood reverence. Long before I held space for others, I was being shaped by something older than language.

My professional life brought me into direct relationship with energy in its physical form. For over three decades, I worked within electrical and hydroelectric operating disciplines, witnessing the movement of power as it flowed through vast and intricate systems. For a time, I stood in stewardship of the Niagara River and Niagara Falls, in daily relationship with one of the most powerful living forces on this land. This was not separate from my spiritual path. It was part of my initiation. The River taught me to listen without interference. To witness without control. To honour what moves through this world with intelligence and purpose far beyond human design.

In 2007, I formally entered shamanic initiation, though in truth, I had been walking between worlds my entire life. Ceremony did not give me something new. It gave me a way to step fully into what had already been unfolding. Through years of devoted practice, pilgrimage, firewalk facilitation, ancestral work, and deep spiritual training, my capacity to listen and serve was refined. Not through effort, but through surrender. Not through seeking power, but through learning to stand in right relationship with it.

My work is rooted in Celtic and animistic traditions, shaped by ancestral memory and by the living Land itself. I walk in conversation with the seen and unseen, with the wisdom carried in the body, the breath, the drum, and the dreaming earth beneath our feet. This is not a practice I perform. It is a way of being I have lived into, step by step, season by season, for decades.

SpiritDrumming arose from this lifelong relationship. It is the natural expression of devotion to the sacred, to the land, to the ancestors, and to the deep remembering that lives within each of us. When I sit in circle, I do so not as someone above the path, but as someone who has walked it. Someone who has listened. Someone who continues to listen.

Everything you encounter here grows from that same devotion. The ceremonies did not begin as offerings. They began as a need for honest space. The circles formed because I had learned what it means to sit with others without fixing, rescuing, or performing. The Spiral Way was not created as a framework. It revealed itself through seasons of descent and return in my own life, through grief, responsibility, humility, and long listening.

The writing you now see emerging has lived quietly beside this work for many years. It carries the same current that moves through the drum and through ceremony. Bringing it forward is not a new direction. It is a continuation. It is part of the unfolding of what has always been here.

My work as a certified Body Centered Coach deepened what I already knew through lived experience. That transformation happens in the body as much as in the spirit. That sovereignty cannot be handed to someone from the outside. That the deepest remembering is felt before it is understood. The mentoring, the private sessions, the seasonal gatherings, the journey work, and the writing are not separate streams. They arise from the same path and continue to evolve as I do.

Nothing here was assembled for appearance. It was grown through practice and through the steady willingness to walk what I invite others to walk. What I offer is not a method to follow. It is a way of standing beside you while you remember your own rhythm.

What I Offer Now

My work is rooted in accompaniment. I do not lead from in front. I walk beside those who feel called to turn more deeply toward their own soul, their own rhythm, and their own belonging within the living world.

I offer ceremony, mentoring, and shamanic healing as pathways of remembering. These are spaces where what has been hidden can be seen, where what has been fragmented can be gathered, and where the deeper intelligence of spirit, land, and body can speak again.

Through drum work, journeying, ancestral healing, firewalking, and seasonal ceremony, I help others restore their relationship with the sacred forces that live both within them and around them. This work is not about becoming something new. It is about returning to what has always been present.

My role is to stand with you as witness, to meet what arises without turning away, and to help you reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within you.

What I offer is not something to consume. It is something to enter. The circles, the mentoring, the ceremonies, the writing, and the quiet work of presence are all doorways into relationship. Not with me as authority, but with yourself as participant in your own becoming.

This work asks for honesty. It asks for patience. It asks for a willingness to meet what is real rather than what is comfortable. Those who are drawn here are rarely looking for answers. They are listening for resonance.
