During these three 2.5 hour experiential sessions participants will learn about Shamanism and the Three Worlds, about the importance of creating sacred space (a thin place) and will experience a power-full and ancient way of connecting with the mythical realms of guidance, healing, protection and more.

- Journey to and explore the Lower Worlds - an organic reality, where you might meet your Ancestral Teacher, Power Animal and more.
- Journey to and explore the Middle World - our ordinary reality - non-ordinary. A place of time and no time, a place you might meet the Spirit of the Land, Nature Spirits, the Good People and more.
- Journey to and explore the Upper Worlds - the ethereal realms of Gods/Goddess, of enlightened Be-ings & Angels, of the higher self and more.
